Due to hygiene issue, we do not exchange or refund for the product (pillow) you have purchased from us unless it is valid for the criteria as stated below.

We will provide you with an exchange, refund or compensation if the product is:

a. damaged or faulty; or

b. significantly different from the description or sample shown to you.

 

Once you found one of above, please promptly send us an email at customerservice@pillowshop.com.my or call us on 03-87342700.

 

To return the product you have purchased, you need to confirm:

a. you have the proof of purchase (the invoice issued when you make purchase or the packing slip when you received the goods);

b. make the claim not more than 7 days after you have received the goods; and

c. the product is in its original condition with all packaging & label and has not been washed, or used.

 

The products can be returned to our office or by post to:

Suite 9.01, 9th Floor, Menara Apex,

Off Jalan Semenyih, Bukit Mewah,

43000 Kajang, Selangor.

 

Refund will be credited in the manner in which they were originally paid. Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
